Quality assurance

The Office for Quality Assurance coordinates the work of professional bodies and is responsible for the timely flow of information and the implementation of various activities aimed at continuous improvement of quality.

Sinergija University is permanently committed to constantly improving and developing the quality of its work on the study programs it runs. In order to achieve the goals of higher education, the University establishes a policy, adopts a quality assurance strategy, sets long-term and short-term goals, determines quality assurance measures, adopts action plans for the implementation of the strategy and establishes a Quality Assurance Commission.

The report on self-evaluation and quality assessment is published in a manner accessible to academic staff and students of the University. The Senate of the University establishes special bodies for the implementation of the self-evaluation procedure, defines their composition, scope, dynamics and way of working.

Self-evaluation and quality assessment of the University, as a rule, is performed once a year, at the end of the calendar year, and if necessary, it can be performed for the academic year at the request of the competent authorities.

Objectives of self-evaluation and quality assessment

  • preparation of a comprehensive report on the state of quality at the University,
  • provision of conditions for external evaluation,
  • preparation of the University for the accreditation process,
  • contribution to the drafting and revision of strategic documents of the University.

Self-evaluation and quality assessment is carried out in accordance with regulations.
