By the decision of the Ministry of Education and Culture for organizing and performing the activities of the University Sinergija no. 6-06-2337-6/05 of July 14, 2005, it was established that the Sinergija University meets the personnel, spatial and other conditions for starting work and carrying out university activities in accordance with the University Act.
By decision of the Basic Court in Bijeljina No. 1-1057/05 dated September 14, 2005, the University was entered in the court register in the register insert no. 1-5924.
By the decision of the Ministry of Education and Culture on the fulfillment of the conditions for the continuation of the work of the Sinergija University no. 07.2-3598-1-3/07 dated August 20, 2007, it was determined that the University meets all the necessary conditions for performing registered activities of higher education.
In accordance with the aforementioned Decision, the Ministry of Education and Culture issued a WORK PERMIT to the SINERGIJA UNIVERSITY, BIJELJINA no. 07.2-9628/07 dated December 28, 2007 for the performance of higher education activities from 7 study programs on the Undergraduate academic studies and 4 study programs on the Master academic studies classified into 3 scientific fields.
By decision of the Ministry of Education and Culture no. 07.023/600-4072/08 dated July 18, 2008, the University was entered in the register of higher education institutions at the Ministry of Education and Culture of the Republic of Srpska.

All study programs are evaluated with 240 ECTS points and last for 4 (four) years, except for the study programs Finance and Banking, Auditing and Accounting, and Marketing and Trade, which, in addition to the four-year duration, are performed for three years and are evaluated with 180 ECTS points.
MASTER ACADEMIC STUDIES

All study programs in the Master academic studies are evaluated with 60 ECTS points.
